2013-14 Registration Information
Program Summary
Fishers SC Rec-Plus co-ed soccer program offers two age divisions, U16 and U19. The program provides the opportunity to play a competitive level of recreational soccer without the financial and time commitments of travel soccer. While these teams are competitive, the emphasis is on good sportsmanship, equitable fair play, and having fun!
Our rec-plus teams are available for U16 and U19 players. Teams are coached by volunteer coaches, practice once per week, and compete in the Northeast Co-ed Recreational Soccer League (NCRSL). Teams play a mix of home and away games and participate in spring and fall tournaments. Teams from Fishers SC, Noblesville United, Beech Grove, NYSL (Lawrence), and Glendale have a history of playing U16 and U19.
Eligibility Requirements
All of our rec-plus players must reside within the Hamilton Southeastern School District.
Rec-plus players may not play for their high school team during our fall season and may not play for a travel team during the spring season. Players from the high school teams are welcome to play rec-plus in the spring and travel players not playing for their high school may play rec-plus in the fall.
U16 players will have birthdays between 8/1/1997 and 7/31/1999.
U19 players will have birthdays between 8/1/1994 and 7/31/1997.

Rec-Plus Uniforms
All rec-plus players will be required to purchase a uniform for the 2013-14 season from Soccer Village. The uniform is being replaced for the fall and will be used for the next two years. Details will be provided to all registered players after registration. The current uniform kit retails for $55 and the new kit will remain in the same price range.
Players are also responsible for shin guards and proper footwear. Players are NOT permitted to wear jewelry during practice or games. Players should not pierce their ears in close proximity to the season as the earrings and other jewelry will have to be removed prior to play.
Coach Information
All of our rec-plus teams are coached by volunteers; most are parents of players. Persons interested in coaching should contact the club as soon as possible. All coaches will be required to submit to a background check, participate in concussion training, attend pre-season coach meetings, will have the opportunity to participate in age-specific coaching clinics held throughout the soccer season, and will receive support from club training staff as requested
